The basic Woman’s Self-Defense Course is four one hour classes that

will give you the basic ability to defend yourself against an attacker regardless of your physical makeup.


These techniques include , but are not limited to

escapes, arm bars, wrist locks and pressure points.


once completing the one month coarse you may continue with additional training for more advanced techniques ( at a reduced rate ) if you should choose to.
